Our fast, highly technological culture has moved away from the ancient and earthy wisdoms, often disconnecting us from our natural ways of being and a sense of connection that is our birthright. I seek to help you find sustainable, wholesome and authentic solutions to bring balance, health and harmony to your life. I have a particular interest in womens health although I have many years experience and love for general practice.
Traditional healing, movement and birthing practices have much to offer us, helping us to support or establish a relationship with our deepest truth. I hope that you will find something within this site that serves and nourishes you.
I feel passionately about restoring connection within ourselves and our communities, supporting the facilitation of womens circles, camps and workshops in the Brighton area.
